Liz West has extensive experience in production both on camera and behind the scenes. She began her career in live music production and moved to media where she has honed her broadcast skills crafting stories that impact the lives of Canadians. Liz has reported and produced for a variety of television formats and has a keen interest in current affairs and pop culture.

Liz's expertise makes her a skilled media trainer/on-camera coach/presentation skills trainer. Liz is a Communications graduate, a college instructor in the field and has published a book on methods to improve personal and professional communication. Some might say she talks a lot!

Liz shares her experiences of not allowing yourself to be stuck by listening to other people's opinions of what you should or shouldn't be doing and what you are or are not capable of!
